Exchanges & Returns
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items that have not been worn, used or altered.
Simply contact us via email: support@visr.store .
You can always exchange the products, provided they are not worn, used or adjusted, within 30 days. Should you choose to do so, the shipping costs (to the Dutch return address) will be charged to you.
Important Reminders:
- Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Please make sure the product is unused, unaltered and in its original packaging before returning it.
- Always contact us at service@fhsjgoods.com if you have any questions about your return.
Exchange & Return FAQ
Do I have to pay for the shipping costs of my return/exchange?If you are returning your order for a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend sending your package with tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. If you are exchanging your order, we provide a free return label. You do not have to pay for this!
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once we have received the returned items, inspected them and confirmed they have not been opened. Once your items have been delivered to our warehouse, it may take 3-5 business days to complete the refund.
Please note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, but it can take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account statement before contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card company.
Will my shipping costs be refunded?
No, shipping costs are non-refundable.
