Shipping time
Delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time. For example: processing time is 5 days, shipping time is 5 days. You will receive your items within 10 days.
It takes 3-5 business days to process your order. Different items have different processing time. During the processing time, we will do quality checks to make sure the items meet the requirements. If items are not meet the requirements, the processing time will be longer because we remake the items.
Shipping time is approximately 4-9 business days. Please note that shipping companies may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Postage costs
There are no shipping costs charged on every order.
Important Shipping Information
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. While we have systems in place to standardise addresses, it is important that you check to ensure that a suite, apartment or unit number, if applicable, is included. Incomplete address information may delay the delivery of your order. We are not responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to incorrect information. Please contact us for assistance in correcting an address on an order that has already been placed.
Track your package
All shipments have real-time tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order has been shipped. If you do not see the shipping confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or promotion folder. You can also track your package on your order page. Can I cancel or change an order after I have placed it?
Our top priority is to get your order to you quickly and accurately. Once you submit an order, the shipping process begins immediately and we are unable to honor requests for changes or cancellations to items. VISR is not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address. We appreciate your understanding. Why was my package returned to sender? What happens to my order?
Packages can be returned to sender for several reasons:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed parcel
- Carrier cannot access the address
- Too many failed delivery attempts

Delivered but not received
All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address you provided, but you have not received your order, please check your mailbox first. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or doorstep of the address you provided, but it is up to the delivery person to decide if the package is safe to leave outside. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or reschedule it for delivery. Please contact the delivery services to investigate this issue further.
Our best recommendation is to provide a shipping address where you or someone else is available to receive the package (for example, a work address or a friend's address).
